There are lots of CV re-writing services out there that can help.
The thing to consider is whether what you’re putting in the CV / resume is what the ‘reader’ (Hiring Manager or client) is going to connect with.
The rewriting service will work with the words you’ve got there and refine them but they are not experts in your given area of work and they won’t have done the job you’re going after.
Spend some time thinking through the role and challenges the ‘reader’ has in front of them and the reasons why they are seeking someone to come and perform the role.
Then write your CV / resume to answer those challenges, demonstrate expertise in the field and bring examples of your achievements and experiences that relate.
The ‘reader’ will then connect with the words and their own challenges making your CV / resume stand out to them.
